Sergio Casillas (center), co-owner of Dos Amigos, places a large emphasis on his staff interacting well with customers and representing the business in a positive way. One of the unique aspects of his business is the open kitchen, where customers are able to see, smell and hear what is happening.

According to a recent survey completed by some LHS students, 53.3 percent of students identify themselves as politically liberal. DOI staff member Ben Kanches is not a part of this majority; he’s with the 20 percent of self-identified conservative students.
