The lunchroom is currently undergoing various pronounced changes, making it the first time in almost fifty years that the kitchen and structure have been altered. The new attributions will feature a coffee bar, different quality food and new wallpaper.

Part of Shane’s inspiration grew when he was only 9 years old, watching a cooking show Shane recalled it “as a challenge” and began practicing and perfecting his recipe. Not only was Shane intrigued by the art of candy making, but also the science behind it. Being able to express his creative freedom helped invigorate Shanes passion for his business and overall community together.
