“I’ve been playing soccer since I was four. I like playing for LHS because it’s fun, but it’s a lot more work because we have to [practice] every day. We don’t usually get a lot done during practices because [practices] are shorter but it’s still really fun and a great atmosphere. I chose [to play] soccer because my brother played soccer and I wanted to do everything that he did. I started GLSA when I was in about 2nd or 3rd grade, and before that, I played on [recreational] teams,” explained freshman Rebecca Schleuning.
