Girls Varsity Basketball played against and defeated Warren 56-41 when they played this Friday, January 26th. The game was neck and neck for the first two periods, but Libertyville pulled ahead to victory in the second half. To add to the excitement, the attending students participated in the ‘silent seven’ wherein they remain completely silent until the home team scores seven points, at which point they explode in cheers. The event was covered by Wildcat Productions for live streaming and the game ended in celebration as the team moves on to play Buffalo grove in the coming week.
