Boys soccer prevails on senior night against Lake Forest

On Tuesday, Oct. 2, the Libertyville boys soccer team not only celebrated Senior Night but also clinched the North Suburban Conference Championship by beating the Lake Forest Scouts, 4-1. The Wildcats’ big victory allowed them to continue their undefeated season as they moved to 14-0 overall and 6-0 in conference.

The brisk night was a perfect time for the Wildcats to sport their new long-sleeve jerseys. Junior Patrick Graham ignited the offense in the first half with a goal, followed by two more by Michigan-bound Evan Rasmussen. Kevin Aquadro finished off the victory with a goal late in the second half.
