Centennial Themed Window Painting

On Saturday, Sep. 23rd, Libertyville High School students had an incredible turn out to paint windows in the spirit of supporting their clubs and fall athletics and preparing for their upcoming homecoming event. Window painting, like homecoming, was centennial themed, in honor of 100 years of LHS.

For the final piece, a combination of Symphony Orchestra and Wind Ensemble played an extravagant song by Paul Hindemist. Flute soloist Dakota Olson had her moment highlighted within this song. “[My solo] was definitely challenging but it was fun too,” Olson said.
