There are a few people at LHS who look strikingly similar to their famous twins! Take a look in the hallway and you might think you were walking down the Red Carpet with some A-List Stars.

Kate Collins had a few things to say about her lookalike, and alter ego, Amy Winehouse:

“ I’ve always liked Amy Winehouse and she’s very inspiring and a very good musician, well was, but my friends decided that I looked like her, so I’ve gone by Amy ever since.”

Arooj Ahmad believes it’s all about “the hair” when being compared to his famous twin, Bruno Mars. Another reason people have compared Ahmad to Mr. Mars, he believes, is because of his eighth grade talent show performance at Oak Grove. Many senior Oak Grovers can remember Ahmad in a plaid black-and-white shirt, glasses, and a fedora, happily singing “The Lazy Song” with his fellow stage mates.

Many students can agree on this one: Ms. Sarah Greenswag’s twin is Mayim Bialik, who’s well known for her role as Dr. Amy Farrah Fowler, from the highly watched show, “The Big Bang Theory.” Especially when she wears her glasses.

Last, but not least, the well-known lookalike pair of Riley Lees and Justin Bieber. While interviewing Lees, he explained he was happy he outgrew his Bieber phase, due to his belief of the public’s general disliking of his famous twin. He also said that middle school is when he resembled Bieber the most.
