LHS Theater Presents, “Comedy Sportz”
On Feb. 8-9, the LHS theatre department put on the improv show “Comedy Sportz.” “Comedy Sportz” is a show that originated in Milwaukee during the mid-80s that consists of two teams (red and blue) who compete for audience approval in a series of improv games.
The show is broken up into two halves, each team having a different set of players for each part. The groups have a selected captain who chooses which games to play. Every round consists of one team playing a game and the other challenging them in response. Their goal is to get the most cheers, with the winning team being judged by the DJ, who acts as an announcer to the audience.

![Wildcats do their pre -race circle that consists of chants and cheers to hype up the team. “I think cross country is such an interesting sport, in the way we're all kind of struggling together at the same time," senior Emme Fogle said. "[We have] comfort knowing that everyone's kind of going through the same thing. It's kind of incredible.”](https://www.lhsdoi.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/09/Screenshot-2025-09-25-3.14.42-PM-600x361.png)
