“I’ve loved history for as long as I can possibly remember. The first book I ever picked out for myself was an illustrated atlas of medieval battles,  [and] it’s in my bookshelf to this day. So much of what I’ve done during high school has been to satiate my desire to know as much as possible. I wrote my Common App essay about history, I started a History Club, every other Tuesday after school in room 119, and I’ve read God knows how many articles, books, and papers” said senior Drew Hopkins, who recently committed to Princeton University.
